Dany Lützel is a hospitality executive with more than 25 years of international experience across luxury hotel operations, commercial strategy, mixed-use developments, and brand development in Europe and Asia.
A graduate of SHL Schweizerische Hotelfachschule Luzern and holder of an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, Dany combines hospitality expertise with strong business and strategic management capabilities.
Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions with Radisson Blu Hotels & Resorts, Kempinski Hotels, Niccolo Hotels, and Hotel Éclat Beijing. His expertise spans hotel operations, commercial performance, revenue optimization, sales and marketing, owner relations, and brand development.
As the Owners Representative of The Éclat Hotels brand, Dany was instrumental in strengthening the international positioning of the award-winning luxury boutique hotel brand and exploring opportunities for future expansion beyond Mainland China. While leading Hotel Éclat Beijing, a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World and part of the iconic Parkview Green mixed-use development, he worked closely with ownership to drive commercial performance, strategic partnerships, and long-term brand value.
